Happy Valentine's Day
Did you spend time picking out a special card for your valentine? Perhaps you picked out some jewelry or chocolates for a special someone or have made reservations for an intimate dinner at your favorite restaurant. There are many wonderful Valentine traditions. This holiday, (if not developed by the card companies, heavily promoted by said companies) is a time to proclaim your love to someone close to your heart. Today is the day we say out loud, "you are important to me, I love you!"

Be mine!
As you are telling those around you how important they are to you, don't forget to tell yourself how important you are. I know it sounds hokey. I know you are rolling your eyes, but do it anyway. Take a quiet moment today to look in the mirror and say Happy Valentine's Day to someone very, very special!
