Find a Stress Reliever - do it regularly
Ah...a hot bubble bath, a good book, candles, and a glass
of wine...
Sound like heaven to you? Or does the idea of sitting in your own dirty
water, wasting time, while drinking unnecessarily make you crazy?
Perhaps a power walk around the neighborhood while listening
to the
latest podcast of the Suzy Orman show is your idea of bliss.
What are you doing to help rid your body and mind of daily stress?
Numerous medical studies confirm that too much stress is
toxic to your
body. The neck and lower back are common places that people tow
their
stress. Yoga is a miracle for some people. For others, volunteering
at
the animal shelter works wonders. For me--give me a warm spot
in the sun
and my stress literally melts away.
What works for you? You might have to try many different
things before
you find the right stress reliever. Whatever you choose, make
time for it.
